Deposit & terms

Deposit: one month's rent, fully refundable. It is returned within about 7 days after check-out, once the meter readings (electricity and water) have been settled and the apartment is left in normal condition.

Payment: one month's rent in advance. The minimum stay is one month. Notice period is 30 days. You never pay anything before your booking is confirmed and you have viewed the apartment.
